This year’s auction will witness 120 talented players competing for selection across the league’s five franchises, promising excitement for cricket fans worldwide.

The WPL 2025 auction features a pool of 120 players, including:
- 91 Indian players
- 29 international stars, with three emerging talents from Associate Nations.
The auction pool comprises:
- 30 capped players (9 Indian, 21 overseas).
- 90 uncapped players (82 Indian, 8 overseas).
Franchise Retentions and Remaining Slots
With most teams retaining their core squads, the auction will fill 19 remaining slots, including 5 for overseas players.

- Gujarat Giants: ₹4.4 crore
